  • Syringe Service Programs - These programs provide HIV, HCV, and STI testing and linkage to other medical services, including SUD treatment, in addition to harm reduction supplies (e.g., sterile syringes, naloxone, fentanyl test strips, sharps containers and wound care supplies).
